Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Cake House, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders

• All orders are made to order and require advance notice. Standard cakes: 24 hours. Custom or themed cakes: 48–72 hours, depending on complexity.
• An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• We may decline an order if the requested design, flavour, or timeline isn't feasible.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices shown on the website are indicative. Final price depends on size, design and customisation.
• Custom orders may require an advance. The balance is due at delivery or pickup.
• We accept cash on delivery, UPI, and bank transfer.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available within Tiruchirappalli and nearby areas. Delivery charges may apply outside our standard zone.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed delivery caused by an incorrect address.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the delivery time. Cakes are perishable.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Cake Appearance

• Our cakes are handmade, so the finished product may vary slightly from reference photos.
• Colours may look different depending on lighting and the natural ingredients used.
• Edible decorations (figurines, toppers) may contain inedible structural supports — we'll tell you which parts are not edible when relevant.

6. Allergens

Our cakes may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts and peanuts. If you have a severe allergy, please inform us when ordering — we'll tell you honestly whether we can accommodate it safely.
